Return Policy for products sold on ( Fab Glass and Mirror LLC)

Custom Cut Orders

Custom Cut orders cannot be CANCELLED or ALTERED once they are sent to fabrication.

Please call the customer support at 888-474-2221 Ext 2 to check your order status.

Custom Cut Orders May Not Be Returned

Fab Glass and Mirror guarantee doesn’t cover any custom cut items that were wrongly measured by customer.

If you are not satisfied with your Fab Glass ready-made, stock product purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 14 days of purchase*.

If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or it arrived damaged, you can return it within the specified period above. Items that are damaged by the carriers must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Customer is required to open received items and inspected within 24 hours of delivery Items must be returned in the original packages and packed the same way we shipped it to qualify for a refund.

Customer pays for the cost of shipping and insurance of returned items, unless the item was received defective or wrong item was shipped.

Returning or Exchanging Items

Customer must include a proof of purchase for all returns and exchanges.

Returns and Exchanges by Mail: Customer has the option to choose any carrier, provided a tracking number is available.

Fab Glass and Mirror Reserves the right to refuse any package that is not properly packed or has obvious damage caused by the carrier.

To return or exchange an order: Include a copy of your invoice and RMA authorization email.

Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.

Ship returns within 3 business days of receiving the return authorization.
