We stand behind all our products. If you are not satisfied with your Fab Glass purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 14 days of purchase*.
Fab Glass and Mirror guarantee don't cover any custom cut items that were wrongly measured by the customer.
If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or arrived damaged, you can return it within the specified period above.
Items that are damaged by the carriers must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the package.
Customer is required to open received items and inspected within 24 hours of delivery
Items must be returned in the original packages and packed the same way we shipped it to qualify for a refund.
Customer pays for the cost of shipping and insurance of returned items unless the item was received defective or wrong item was shipped.
Returning or Exchanging Items
Customer must include a proof of purchase for all returns and exchanges.
Returns and Exchanges by Mail
Customer has the option to choose any carrier provided a tracking number is available
Fab Glass and Mirror Reserves the right to refuse any package that is not properly packed or has obvious damage caused by the carrier.
To return or exchange an order:
- Include a copy of your invoice and RMA authorization email.
- Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.
- Ship returns within 3 business days of receiving the return authorization.
