Physical Pattern Instructions:

• Please only use a marker (sharpie) to trace out the physical shape on the paper.
• Paper or cardboard patterns only
• Please do not fold cardboard more than once
• Please roll up patterns
• For mirror templates, please send the pattern showing the reflective side up
• Do not send glass patterns
• Specify where you want the glass cut (i.e. inside or outside of the line) and make lines dark and as thin as possible.
• Please allow a 2" space around the outside edges of the template
• Please do not cut the template to exact shape.
• We will not alter or change a customer’s pattern.
• We will not return your pattern.
• Templates received from customers will be retained for 30 days. If no order is placed within that period, the template will be discarded unless the customer requests an extension by emailing their sales representative.
• Templates associated with completed orders will be retained for 30 days after glass delivery. If there are no open issues or active cases, they will be discarded after this period.
• Please include your contact information (name, phone number and email address) and reference the Order Number or Quote Number, if any.
